“Partecipazioni digitali super personalizzabili sia graficamente sia come funzionalità!”
Per il nostro matrimonio, avendo tanti ospiti che vengono da fuori e quindi avendo difficoltà a consegnare a tutti partecipazioni cartacee, abbiamo deciso di creare una partecipazione digitale sotto forma di sito. Prima di valutare un servizio personalizzato come quello offerto da UpInviti, abbiamo provato a creare un sito online in autonomia, utilizzando le piattaforme più conosciute disponibili con piano base gratuito e pacchetti premium a pagamento per sbloccare certe funzionalità. Tuttavia, fin da subito ci siamo accorti dei grandi limiti che queste piattaforme hanno: pagine che non possono essere cancellate, grafiche limitate, combinazioni di font titolo-testo che non possono essere personalizzate e, soprattutto, funzionalità di RSVP che non rispondeva alla nostra esigenza di far inserire liberamente i +1 agli invitati ed avere una Dashboard di riepilogo delle risposte. Con il supporto di UpInviti è stato possibile scegliere la grafica a piacere e personalizzare ogni singolo aspetto del sito, per es. colonne della dashboard, la possibilità di estrarla in Excel, la creazione di un archivio dove gli ospiti possono caricare le foto, selezione delle icone del menu… il fornitore si è mostrato disponibile a fare ogni modifica e, nonostante le varie richieste da parte nostra, ha sempre risposto tempestivamente e con grande professionalità, rendendo tutto possibile. Lo consiglio fortemente, sia per chi vuole dei siti semplici ma estremamente funzionali (come nel nostro caso), sia siti più complessi ma completamente personalizzabili senza alcun limite tecnico! Simpatica l'idea degli avatar degli sposi con le relative voci!

“Inviti diversi dal solito e super personalizzati”
Devo dire che gli avatar hanno fatto davvero l'effetto wow sugli invitati. Sono piaciuti tantissimo e in tanti ci hanno scritto subito dopo aver ricevuto l'invito per farci i complimenti. Noi, per scelta nostra, abbiamo deciso di fare un unico video per tutti gli invitati e il risultato è stato davvero bello. Abbiamo ricevuto tantissimi feedback positivi, soprattutto perché era qualcosa di diverso dal solito e molto più personale rispetto a una partecipazione classica. Alex ci ha supportato in ogni modifica e in ogni esigenza, sempre con grande disponibilità e tempi molto brevi. Anche se eravamo abbastanza esigenti, ogni richiesta è stata gestita con attenzione e professionalità. Il grande vantaggio è che l'invito viene disegnato in base ai propri gusti, quindi non si ha la sensazione di usare i soliti template già pronti. Tutto viene personalizzato, dalla grafica ai dettagli, fino al risultato finale. Abbiamo ricevuto inizialmente anche una bozza gratuita, che ci ha aiutato molto a capire il tipo di lavoro e a confrontarlo con altri fornitori.
